For a long time, the construction of community legal education platform in Shengli Oilfield has not formed a complete normative system. To improve the management level of community law popularization, we must first have a backbone team of law popularization. The communities in Shengli Oilfield and their property companies have set up full-time and part-time law popularization officers and propagandists to organize legal publicity activities on a regular basis. A large number of law popularization workers went into the community to educate and guide residents to learn the usage of law by holding legal lectures, legal knowledge contests, legal consultation, legal essay writing, legal volunteer service and other activities.

In terms of organizational construction, Shengli Oilfield actively explores the mode of setting up a "lawyer service station" in residential areas, organizes community lawyers to carry out "lawyers entering the community" activities, voluntarily provides legal services to residents, answers legal questions of employees on the spot, and guides and helps solve civil disputes. According to the statistics of the Legislative Affairs Office, in the past three years, the oilfield has established "lawyer service stations" in communities such as Shengbei, Zhong Sheng, Gudao and Sheng Nan, and provided more than 654.38 million people with voluntary legal consultation services.

At the same time of education, Shengli Oilfield highlights the pertinence and operability of education. Using easy-to-understand lectures and exhibition boards, * * * held 500 legal lectures and legal knowledge contests.

It is understood that up to now, Shengli Oilfield has established 16 legal publicity street, and established more than 30 legal consultation service stations, legal popularization cultural corridors and publicity windows, realizing that every community has a legal popularization platform and every community has legal popularization staff.
