I. General requirements

1. The user or management unit of the product shall make a maintenance plan according to the environment and product maintenance requirements of the place where the product is used. The maintenance plan shall include the specific name, maintenance content and cycle of the products to be maintained.

2. The enterprise undertaking maintenance shall formulate maintenance operation instructions, and conduct relevant training for maintenance personnel to ensure that all maintenance operations meet the requirements of the product instruction manual and operation instructions.

3. The product user or management unit shall reserve a certain number of product wearing parts, or sign relevant spare parts contracts with relevant product manufacturers or suppliers to ensure the quantity of spare parts.

4. After the maintenance, the Maintenance Record Form of Building Fire Protection Facilities shall be filled in according to the provisions of GB2520 1.

Second, the maintenance cycle

1. The gas sensor of combustible gas detector shall be replaced in time after reaching the service life specified by the manufacturer.

2. Detectors with pollution reporting function should be cleaned and maintained in time when reporting pollution. Detectors without dirty reporting function should be cleaned and maintained according to the requirements of product specifications; If there is no clear requirement in the product manual, it should be cleaned or calibrated every 2 years.

Third, the maintenance method

1. battery category: it should be maintained according to the requirements of the product manual.

2. Wiring terminals: check the wiring terminals of all products in the system, such as detectors and bases, controllers, manual component buttons, fire hydrant buttons, fire electrical control devices and other components, and re-fasten the loosely connected terminals; Replace rusty screws, terminal gaskets and other wiring components; Remove corroded wire ends, iron tin and reconnect.

3. Ignition flame detector: use special cleaning tools or soft cloth and appropriate cleaning agent to clean the window through which the light path passes.

4. Point-type temperature-sensitive fire detector: use professional process equipment to clean temperature-sensitive components and circuit boards. After cleaning, the response time of the detector should be calibrated, and the response time should be within the response threshold specified in the factory inspection regulations of finished products of production enterprises.

5. Smoke-sensitive fire detector: use professional process equipment to clean sensing elements and circuit boards. After cleaning, the response threshold of the detector should be calibrated, and the response threshold should be within the response threshold range specified in the factory inspection regulations of finished products of production enterprises.

6. Inspiratory smoke fire detector: It shall be maintained according to the maintenance requirements in the product manual. During general maintenance, the sampling tube should be purged, the filter bag should be replaced, and the alarm function test should be carried out after purging.

7. Linear beam smoke fire detector: use special cleaning tools or soft cloth and proper cleaning agent to clean the window where the light path passes, and then calibrate the detector response threshold to the threshold set by the detector after cleaning.

8. Residual current type electrical fire monitoring detector: use special cleaning tools or soft cloth and suitable cleaning agent to clean the pollutants in the sensor parts, and the displayed value of residual current after cleaning should be calibrated to the actual measured value.

9. Combustible gas detector: use standard gas to detect the alarm function of combustible gas detector. If it does not meet the requirements, the alarm threshold should be adjusted or the gas sensor should be replaced according to the requirements of the product manual, and then the alarm threshold of the sensor should be calibrated to the factory setting value of the detector.

10. Controller products and fire electrical control devices: compressed air, brushes, etc. Clean the dust on the circuit board and terminals; Clean the dust in the cupboard with a vacuum cleaner and a damp soft cloth. In wet places, you can put desiccant in the cabinet. Measure the power supply voltage of the detector or module at the end of the controller bus circuit with a multimeter. If the voltage value is less than the value specified in the manual, please replace the circuit board or adjust the circuit.
