Forty-fifth property management area, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communications, cable television and other units should charge the relevant fees to the end users. Fifty-second water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communications, cable television and other units shall bear the responsibility for the maintenance and conservation of related pipelines and facilities in the property management area according to law.
