Belong to. The cool city belongs to Dongzhou Island, also called Dongzhou Sand, which is the largest sand island on Fuchun River. It is named because it is located in the east of Fuyang city. Dongzhou Island is long and narrow, about 15km long from east to west, slightly raised in the middle and 5km wide from north to south. It looks like a huge eagle (the easternmost part is now under the jurisdiction of Shuangpu Town, Xihu District, Hangzhou, and is called "Eagle Sand"), more like a huge ship sailing quietly on the Fuchun River. The bow is just the intersection of Fuchun River and Qiantang River, and the river is open and sparkling.
