Xin 'an Village is a village under the jurisdiction of Ningwei Street, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Located in the middle of Ningwei Town, Hangzhou, it is adjacent to Ningmu Village in the east, Ningdong Village in the south, Xinzhong Village in the west and Xinbei Village in the north. Xin 'an Village was a tidal flat of Qiantang River about 70 or 80 years ago. Sixty or seventy years ago, victims of the Yangtze River burst in Changsha, Toupeng, Wan Xin and Yisheng moved it here and gradually became a village. At the beginning of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Xinbei, Xinzhong and Xin 'an villages merged into three villages, which belonged to Ningwei Township. During agricultural co-operation, the three villages disintegrated to form Xin 'an Agricultural Production Cooperative. The people's commune was initially affiliated to the Ningwei Management Zone of Chengbei Society, and later to Ningwei Commune. 1984, Xin' an village Committee was established, which belongs to Ningwei Township.
