Party B:

Party A's responsibilities

1. Party A provides customer resources or design projects for Party B.

2. Party A shall pay the design fee on schedule. If Party A fails to pay the design fee on time during the design or construction period, Party B has the right not to follow up the project.

3. Party A shall put forward clear written opinions on the drawings submitted by Party B, and sign the phased drawings for confirmation.

4. Party A shall fully respect the work achievements of Party B and shall not arbitrarily change the signed design and construction drawings. If it is necessary to relocate due to special reasons, Party B shall be informed in advance, and the two parties shall formulate a modification plan after consultation. In case of any change, Party B shall be paid the design fee for this part of the project.

Party B's responsibilities:

1. Party B shall submit plans and drawings on time according to the progress of drawings. If the drawing schedule is delayed due to Party B's unilateral reasons, Party B shall pay 0. 1% of the total contract price for each day of delay. Pay liquidated damages to Party A. ..

2. Party B shall make design suggestions to Party A due diligence and try its best to do this design well.

3. During the construction, Party B shall closely cooperate with the construction, and be responsible for supervising the quality of work and providing technical guidance.

4. The construction scheme shall not be changed during the construction process, and the materials and construction level standards of the construction team shall be strictly selected to make the project achieve the design effect.

Cooperation mode 1:

After Party A provides design projects or customer resources, Party B will follow up and design with its own independent resources. The design fee is charged according to the basic price of the design project entrusted by Party A, which is about 60 yuan /m2 (charged to Party A), and the external customers are charged according to the actual project design fee (charged to customers). Party B and Party A share the profits in proportion (70% for Party B and 30% for Party A). During this period, Party A is obliged to provide certain company qualifications and other resources to assist Party B to complete the design project (mainly for external customers).

Cooperation mode 2:

Under the premise of cooperation mode 1, Party B is affiliated to work in Party A's company, and jointly established the company with * * *, which makes the company have greater external influence. Design scope and content:

1. Interior decoration scope: scheme design of main space renderings, design of main space facades and construction drawings, and design of drawings of civil engineering and hydropower systems.

2. It does not include professional design such as indoor fire protection system, air conditioning and ventilation system, kitchen equipment system, professional water circulation purification system, audio broadcasting and other weak current systems.

3. Reconstruction of civil engineering or metal structure design and illegal construction are not included.

Design, construction tracking and supervision stage:

The first stage: scheme design

Party B shall consult Party A, make clear the project parameters, Party A's objectives and other requirements, study the project style design concept, and preliminarily determine the plane preliminary scheme. The functional layout and the positioning content of the theme style of the project space need to be signed by the owner.

Design fee and payment method:
