4. Supervision and acceptance

During the renovation, the property management company has the right to supervise and manage the work progress and public facilities on the construction site.

Decoration construction permits should be posted at the door of the renovated property for inspection, with one permit for each household.

All decoration works can only be carried out indoors in the households specified in the decoration construction permit, and decoration materials should be placed indoors in the renovated households, and corridors, passages or other public places should not be occupied.

The management personnel of the property management company have the right to check and spot check the temporary passes and relevant documents of the decoration personnel. If the certificate is found to be expired, it will be confiscated immediately, and it will be required to re-register the payment, and pay RMB liquidated damages every day according to the number of days overdue.
