Is it collective or family that property owners sue?

Legal analysis: Whether a property sues the owners collectively or individually depends on the property itself. A family generally refers to a single owner, and a collective refers to multiple owners. Whether to join the lawsuit depends on whether the property is applied for and whether the court agrees. According to the relevant laws of our country, the grass-roots people's courts have jurisdiction over civil cases of first instance, except as otherwise provided in this law. Cases of first instance that have great influence in this region shall be tried by the intermediate people's court.

Legal basis: Article 119 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the prosecution must meet the following conditions:

1. The plaintiff is a citizen, legal person and other organization that has a direct interest in this case;

Second, there are clear defendants;

Three, there are specific claims and facts and reasons;

Four, it belongs to the scope of the people's court to accept civil litigation and the jurisdiction of the people's court.
