What do you mean by property work and what do you do?

According to Article 2 of the State Council's "Regulations on Property Management", the term "property management" as mentioned in this Ordinance refers to the activities that the owner selects a property service enterprise, and the owner and the property service enterprise, in accordance with the property service contract, repair, maintain and manage the houses, supporting facilities and related sites, and maintain the environmental sanitation and related order in the property management area.

What to do, everyone has different responsibilities and different jobs. On-site work is mainly divided into: customer service personnel or building management, clerks, financial, engineering and technical personnel, order maintenance personnel, cleaning and greening personnel, etc. If it is a group company, there are also quality supervisors, event planners, outreach workers, tender commissioners, administrative personnel, logistics procurement, warehouse management, accounting, and various competent leaders. Each company has different organizational structure and division of labor.
