The quality of Downing's house is not a problem. I live in the new district now, but Binjiang No.1 and Tangning No.1 developed by Yongtongchang are selling well on the surface because of their geographical location and supporting facilities, but they are basically vacant and almost no one is staying. The occupancy rate of the new area is relatively good, except that Wen 'an New Area is a relocated building community, and then there are Wenzhou City, Zuo 'an and New Century Home A\B areas.
