According to the old and new classification table of elevator construction, any elevator IC card swiping system installed before July 20 14 1 day, according to the principle of "forbidden", does not violate the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and belongs to legal use; Where the elevator IC card swiping system is installed after July, 20 14 1 day, it is necessary to inform and register with the local special equipment safety supervision organization, review the submitted relevant licensing materials, and submit them to the special inspection organization for supervision and inspection according to the construction situation, and use them only after passing the supervision and inspection; All elevator IC card swipe systems have their own functions when they leave the factory, and they are also legally used.
