First of all, Changqing Oilfield was born in Qingyang City. Initially, the Lanzhou Military Region organized an oil conference, starting from cheung tsing bridge, Ning County, Qingyang City, and later moved to Qingcheng, becoming a veritable oil city. With the development of Changqing Oilfield, the number of institutions and employees is increasing, and a small place like Qingcheng can no longer meet its development space. In addition, Qingyang's economy developed slowly at that time. The traffic was extremely backward, and what impressed me the most was Lipo in Qingcheng at that time, which was an accident-prone area. Especially in winter, snowfall and road icing bring inconvenience to material transportation, so it is imperative to transfer positions. In view of the development situation at that time, Changqing Oilfield proposed to choose an area in Dongzhi Town of Xifeng as the living base. It is said that the whole area east to the west of Zhenjie is the first choice of Changqing Oilfield. Later, for various reasons, Changqing Oilfield gave up the choice of Dongzhi Town.

Secondly, in terms of current economic conditions and strength, Xi 'an can definitely be regarded as the economic, cultural, transportation and scientific research center of northwest China. Changqing Oilfield is rooted in Xi 'an, which is beneficial to scientific research, exchange and cooperation. There are many famous universities in Xi, such as Xi Jiaotong University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi Youshi University and xidian university. Xi 'an enjoys convenient transportation and extremely convenient material supply and procurement, which is also the condition for Changqing Oilfield to stabilize high-end talents. Changqing Oilfield is located all over Shaanxi and Gansu.

At present, the houses in Longdong Base of Changqing Oilfield are all bought by young people in Changqing. The first and second phases have been completed and put into use, and the third phase has been opened for grabs. Most people who used to live in Xi 'an are now retired. Now I go to Xi 'an's base, which is full of retired old people with grandchildren, just like the current situation in the countryside, and there is no vitality. Qingyang base, mostly young people working in the local area (including people from Jiyuan and Yanchi in Ningxia, Changqing in Bai Bao and Wuqi in Shaanxi), is full of vitality, which has boosted local consumption growth. Qingcheng Oilfield has been discovered in Qingyang, with a reserve of1000 million tons. The mountains are full of drilling rigs and pumping units. The production and construction units of No.2, No.7, No.2, No.2 and No.4 oil fields have all moved back to Qingyang to work, and the younger generation of Changqing people have also returned to Qingyang, making Qingyang more dynamic and stimulating the economic growth of Qingyang. Qingyang built a base here, rushed to register and waited in line for several years, but failed to get to the first phase and the second phase. Xi 'an's house is on the sixth floor of the top floor. There is no elevator. The old man is too old and weak to get up, and he still rents a house in Qingyang. Xi 'an's house is like picking a pig's hoof. It's a pity to throw it away when it's dirty. At present, most of the houses in Xi 'an base of Changqing Oilfield are low-rise buildings (seven floors) with few parking spaces. Most people who live in Xi 'an are retired people, and it is extremely difficult to go up and down the stairs because of their inconvenient legs and feet. Xi 'an is located at the foot of Qinling Mountains. It is windless in winter and hot in summer. The temperature is as high as 37 degrees, which exceeds the load of human body. The smog pollution in winter is so serious that the elderly can't bear it. The houses in Qingyang base are all newly built, with complete facilities such as elevators and parking spaces. On the edge of South Lake, the environment is beautiful and the air is fresh. These retired people also returned to Qingyang to rent houses for the convenience of their children. The house in Xi 'an base has been vacant for a long time. Originally, I bought a house in Xi 'an and settled down after retirement, but after repeated investigation and comparison, I decided to stay in Qingyang, and Xi 'an's house has been vacant. Xi' an that place is really not a pleasant place, the body can't stand it.

This is a problem related to the overall long-term development of large ethnic enterprises. It is wishful thinking for the headquarters of Changqing Oilfield to move back to Qingyang, which is neither realistic nor necessary from the perspective of development. With regard to the development of oil and old areas, great changes have taken place in the current oil and gas exploration and development areas. In the past, the factors limited by technology and equipment were only exploration and drilling in oil-rich areas, but now the exploration areas have reached Ningxia and Inner Mongolia Hetao and Alashan desert areas. According to some information, some other domestic oil companies have entered the oil and gas fields in Inner Mongolia for exploration. With first-hand geological data, how far is it from leaving? Therefore, relocation is not supported.

As a Qingyang person who works in Changqing, let me talk about it. At the beginning, Qingyang's leaders were obedient, but they didn't let Changqing build a school or a hospital. And Shaanxi has offered very favorable conditions. One is to release evergreen. Now evergreen hospital has been handed over, and even the property is not allowed to be built. Schools are definitely not allowed to be built, so Shaanxi is still smarter than Qingyang. Of course, it is definitely good for Changqing to stay, which will bring a lot of employment and economy, but it is unrealistic to move back, my personal opinion.
