These documents stipulate the scope and rules that property charges cannot exceed, and the specific charges will not be specified in detail;

3. If your company wants to charge, the charging standard should be calculated by yourself, and then reported to the National Development and Reform Commission for the record. After approval, it will be publicized and then a fee will be charged.
