Let me ask you a few simple questions:

You have been working for three months. Did you show in your post that you are better than other security guards who have never studied because you graduated from property management?

You have been working for three months, have you created additional benefits for the company because of your major?

You have been working for three months. Have you found out the shortcomings of your position and the places that need improvement because of professional reasons, and made suggestions?

Apart from the security post, have you taken security as a link in the whole property management and sorted out your own set of ideas?

If not, congratulations, you have been reduced to a real security guard, and you are no longer a temporary reserve cadre.

Maybe you will say, I think about it and there is nowhere to say it, and no one listens. Also very annoying. But there's no need to say it if you think about it. What you are thinking about is your accumulated experience. It doesn't matter if nobody listens. After all, this major can't work as a security guard for a long time after graduation. If you don't get promoted, you will definitely leave your job.

Finally, instead of leaving without doing anything, it is better to do something to let others know some of your abilities and leave with your head held high (if your boss doesn't know the goods).
