(two) the application approval process and the required materials

1. In residential areas with property management, users who stop heating should bring a copy of their ID card to the property to collect it, and fill in the agreement on stopping heating. Users who report to stop need to effectively and thoroughly isolate the return pipe and heating system located in the unit tube well by themselves or entrust the property, and seal it firmly and intact with seals; The property management company conducts the preliminary examination in accordance with relevant regulations, collates and summarizes the information of residential users' heat stoppage according to our format requirements, and submits the heat stoppage agreement, a copy of the ID card of the heat stoppage user and an electronic summary of the heat stoppage user information to our company before the acceptance deadline. If the information is not provided within the time limit or the information is incomplete, it will be regarded as giving up the heating stop, and our company will charge the full heating fee according to the normal treatment;

2. Taigang and other companies directly manage the community. Users who report to stop bring a copy of their ID cards to our company to collect and fill in the heating stop agreement, and pay the basic heating fee after approval. By our company to close the valve and other work.

(3) Time limit for acceptance

(4) About heat recovery

Users who stop reporting shall not resume using heat without authorization during the heating period, otherwise they will be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Heating in Taiyuan City. If you need to use heat again, users who stop reporting should pay the remaining heating fee to their property company, and bring the payment voucher to our company to fill in the re-supply approval form after payment. After approval, the user who stops reporting shall notify his property company to arrange to open the valve for heating with the approval form for re-supply. The property management company shall not resume heating for users who stop supplying without authorization without seeing the approval form for re-supply instructed by the company, otherwise it shall bear joint liability. Taigang and other companies directly manage the residential area to report the need to restore heat, and go directly to our company to handle the relevant procedures.

(5) Others

1. Users who reported that they stopped heating last year and need to use heat normally this year need to pay the heating fee of the current year before 20211,and inform their property to open the valve for inspection to ensure the use of heat;

2. During the heat stop, users who report to stop should take effective measures to do a good job of indoor cold protection and heat preservation, so as to avoid freezing indoor facilities and causing unnecessary losses. Our company will not bear any responsibility for all the consequences caused by stopping heating;

3. During the heating period, our company will conduct irregular inspections on users who stop reporting, and will deal with it seriously according to relevant regulations if they find stealing heat;

4. Stop applications of the following users are not accepted:

(1) The user has not installed the household control valve or household pipeline, and the heating facilities located in the pipeline well cannot be effectively disconnected from the heating system;

(two) may endanger or affect the safety of public facilities and the heating quality of other users;

(3) heating for new users in the first year;

(4) Some areas on the real estate license are reported to be stopped;

(5) Users who have not paid the heating fee over the years;

(6) Malicious parking without special reasons;

(7) The user fails to pay the basic heating fee as required (30% of the total heating fee);

(eight) failing to fill in the agreement to stop heating or failing to pass the examination and approval after filling in.

(1) All users should go through all the procedures for using heat in strict accordance with the relevant regulations, pay all the fees, and avoid fines that will affect the normal use of heat.

5. Destroy heating facilities such as valves, meters and manhole covers.
