3, bear the housing responsibility of urban low-income families. To formulate low-rent housing policies, arrange central, provincial and municipal low-rent housing funds in conjunction with relevant departments and supervise their implementation; Responsible for the construction of the city's affordable housing, the preparation of affordable housing construction plan and organize the implementation; Responsible for the construction of low-rent housing and policy housing; Responsible for low-cost housing Shiwupeizu, housing rental monetary subsidies. Responsible for the daily work of the leading group for affordable housing.

4. Take responsibility for promoting the reform of the housing system.
