Main responsibilities of Zibo Housing Authority

1, implement the national and provincial guidelines, policies, laws and regulations on housing security and real estate management; To formulate local laws and regulations on housing security, housing ownership management, housing lease, housing area management, real estate evaluation, housing agency management, property management, housing expropriation and demolition in our city and organize their implementation.

2, formulate the city's housing security and real estate management development plan and annual plan and organize their implementation; Responsible for the city's housing security and real estate industry management, and put forward policy suggestions on major issues of housing security and real estate management.

3, bear the housing responsibility of urban low-income families. To formulate low-rent housing policies, arrange central, provincial and municipal low-rent housing funds in conjunction with relevant departments and supervise their implementation; Responsible for the construction of the city's affordable housing, the preparation of affordable housing construction plan and organize the implementation; Responsible for the construction of low-rent housing and policy housing; Responsible for low-cost housing Shiwupeizu, housing rental monetary subsidies. Responsible for the daily work of the leading group for affordable housing.

4. Take responsibility for promoting the reform of the housing system. Guide and organize the implementation of the city's housing system reform, formulate relevant supporting policies and organize their implementation; In conjunction with relevant departments, formulate relevant policies, measures and development plans for housing provident fund and other housing reform funds, formulate plans for the use and loan of housing funds in the whole city in conjunction with relevant departments, supervise the investment and operation of housing funds, and undertake the daily work of the Municipal Housing Commission.

5, responsible for the city's urban and rural housing registration, in conjunction with the relevant departments for examination and approval of urban private housing work.

6, according to the relevant provisions and management authority, perform the duties of supervision and management of the real estate market according to law. Organizing the formulation of real estate market supervision policies and organizing their implementation; Supervise and guide the city's housing safety management and risk identification group.

7, responsible for the city's housing demolition management and demolition service unit qualification examination and management. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of long-term and annual plans for urban housing expropriation and demolition, and responsible for the examination and approval of housing expropriation and demolition projects in the city.
