What do you mean by own property?

Self-owned property is the property managed by the property owner himself.

Generally speaking, ordinary self-owned properties are divided into three categories:

1. Properties built and operated by developers themselves. This kind of projects mostly appear in office buildings and commercial buildings. For example, China Merchants Tower is developed and built by China Merchants Property, and the rest rooms are rented out by themselves except for personal use.

2. The property owner is entrusted by the construction unit to use the property by himself. This type is more common in large high-end hotels, exhibition venues, factories and enterprises. For example, the famous Pangu Seven Star Hotel, International Exhibition Center and so on. The offices of most state administrative organs are also of this type.

3. Investors directly purchase all property rights and use them for business after self-transformation. This kind of property is more common in commercial stores, express hotels, shopping centers and so on.

There is also a kind of property that is theoretically owned by itself, but the property owner belongs to the state, such as scenic spots, famous mountains in Sichuan and other tourist areas, and urban public facilities.
