The first phase office building was put into use on April 28, 2004, and the second phase experimental building is under construction.

Changsha has 10 courts, 1 intermediate courts and 9 grass-roots courts (courts in Furong District, Tianxin District, Yuelu District, Kaifu District, Yuhua District, Changsha County, Wangcheng County, Liuyang City and Ningxiang County).
