I. Responsibility of security personnel

1. Protect the property safety and personal safety of the factory and employees, and maintain the normal order of the factory.

2. Protect the scene of criminal and public security cases or disasters and accidents in the factory and maintain the order at the scene.

3. The criminal suspect is handed over to the public security organ or public security department.

4. Do a good job in fire prevention, theft prevention, damage prevention, safety prevention, disaster prevention and other safety precautions in the factory.

Second, the security personnel's authority

1, criminal cases and other active criminals have the right to arrest and hand them over to public security organs.

2. For criminal and public security cases in the factory, they have the right to protect the scene, protect evidence, maintain order at the scene, and provide information related to the case, but they are unable to conduct on-site investigation.

3. According to the rules and regulations of our factory, discourage or prevent unauthorized personnel and vehicles from entering the factory.

4. Check and inspect the personnel, vehicles, articles carried and loaded in and out of the factory as required, but have no right of personal inspection.

5. Conduct safety inspection in the factory and put forward rectification opinions and suggestions.

6. If a criminal refuses to stop, or even attacks or retaliates, he may take justifiable defense, but shall not involve innocent people or defend himself excessively.

7. Have the right to interrogate and monitor suspicious persons who illegally carry guns, ammunition and controlled knives, and report them to the local public security bureau or relevant departments for handling.

8. Dissuade, stop, criticize and educate those who violate the factory rules and regulations.

9. Stop illegal and criminal activities in the factory.

10. The suspect can be monitored and reported to the public security organ or the public security office. But has no right to investigate, detain or search.

1 1. Supervise employees to wear factory certificates when entering and leaving the factory.

Three. Acts prohibited by security personnel

1. Acts that hinder the staff of state organs from performing their tasks according to law.

2. Illegally depriving or restricting the personal freedom of others.

3. Fines or confiscation of property.

4, seizure of other people's documents or property.

5. Abuse, assault or abet the assault of others.

6. Provide security services for others.

7. Handling civil disputes, economic disputes or labor disputes.

8. Other acts in violation of factory rules and regulations.
