This project mainly upgrades the existing road facilities, including road engineering construction, landscape node construction, greening upgrade, water supply and drainage engineering, lighting engineering, etc. According to the feasibility report in the tender announcement, the construction period can be ended within 240 days, and the completion of 202 1 and 1 is planned.

The first phase of the project emphasizes implementation and demonstration, and the construction scope is cheung chau island and Dajisha Ring Road. After the completion of the Bidao Line, it will serve as a demonstration of the long-term implementation effect of the project and a reference standard for the second phase of the project. The first phase of Bidao is mainly aimed at upgrading the implementable sections, which has strong practicability and quick results.

The second phase of the project aims to build a world-class track and a Bidao with the cultural spirit of Huangpu characteristics. In the second phase, Bidao will be built according to the international first-class marathon standards, and at the same time, cheung chau island's historical and cultural elements will be connected in series to fully activate and upgrade the island's cultural tourism format and influence.
