What is the owner?

Property owners are all owners. The owner is the owner of the building and its ancillary facilities. According to the property law and the judicial interpretation of differentiated ownership, the following natural persons or legal persons shall be recognized as owners:

A natural person or legal person who legally occupies the exclusive part of a building but fails to register the ownership of the house according to law may be identified as the owner based on the civil legal act of buying and selling commercial housing with the construction unit.
