Spray water to check and protect every drop of water in the house! Every fifth floor is an inspection unit, and less than five floors are also counted as five floors! On the top floor of the building, we installed a professional shower pipe network, using DN25mm PPR pipes to ensure that the hole spacing of the pipe network is 10cm and the aperture is 3mm. Water flows down the wall from the top floor, the overall watering time is not less than 12 hours, and the water pressure is strong, not less than 0.3Mpa!

Sampling inspection is more scientific.

It is required to inspect the east and west walls, and the rest of the external walls shall be sampled, and the sampling quantity shall not be less than 50% of the external wall area. In this way, it is comprehensive and efficient!

The pipe network is fixed without deformation.

The shower pipe covers every corner and is fixed without deformation! If the deviation of PPR tube is too large, we will use fixing or hanging devices to ensure the water spraying effect.

Water pressure standard.

Water pressure standard, the water pressure at the farthest spraying end is not less than 1.5kg and not more than 3kg, so that every drop of water can play a role!

The spray holes are uniformly distributed in a straight line.

The shower pipe is 80mm away from the exterior wall surface, and the spray holes are evenly distributed in a straight line. Set two rows of water spray holes with an included angle of 90, a hole diameter of 3mm and a hole spacing of100 mm.. This layout makes the drenching inspection more accurate!

The critical moment after watering! At the 2nd hour, 4th hour, 8th hour, and12nd hour, we will check whether there is water seepage at the junction of the external wall and the doors and windows. If there is water seepage, we will mark the leakage position with chalk one by one according to the number of inspections to ensure that the problem is clear at a glance!
