The minimum requirement for a property management company is Grade III qualification, and a property management company with Grade III qualification needs to meet the following requirements:

1, with a registered capital of more than 500,000 yuan;

2. There are not less than 8 managers and engineers with intermediate titles or above, and the enterprise manager has obtained the post certificate of managing enterprise manager issued by the Ministry of Construction, and more than 50% of department managers have obtained the post certificate of employees (more than 5 people);

3, with civil engineering, landscape architecture, electric power, accounting and other professional junior titles above each 1 person, enterprise managers should have relevant professional technical secondary school titles or technical secondary school education, more than five managers have property management post certificates, and each post manager should hold a Professional Post Book;

4, commissioned property management projects, not less than 50 thousand square meters;

5, with a relatively sound enterprise management system and financial management system in line with state regulations;

6. Establish a maintenance fund management and use system;

7. Having facilities and equipment required for property management;

8. Properly handle the owner's complaints;

9. Engaged in property management 1 year or above.

The third-level qualification shall be submitted to the municipal real estate management bureau for examination and approval after the preliminary examination by the county (county-level city) competent department.
