My geothermal pipe leaks. Is the property responsible for geothermal pipeline maintenance, or am I responsible?

In case of leakage of geothermal pipeline, the division of responsibilities should be analyzed in detail, mainly including whether the floor heating is constructed by the developer's construction unit or later decoration, and whether the floor heating construction is within the warranty period. 2. The floor heating shall be uniformly constructed by the developer before delivery. During the warranty period (the warranty period for installation of heating pipes is not less than 2 heating cycles), the developer will notify the construction unit to carry out rectification and maintenance;

3. The floor heating construction is entrusted to relevant construction units during decoration. If it is damaged during the warranty period, the construction unit shall carry out rectification and maintenance;

4. After the warranty period expires, the owner shall be responsible for rectification and maintenance.
