Regulations on the Administration of No Smoking in Building Property

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in public buildings and office areas. If you smoke, you should go to the designated smoking area.

2. Employees in the property management office are forbidden to smoke in all guest areas and other areas.

3. All departments [offices] must set up eye-catching no-smoking signs, and set up enough ashtrays in areas and rooms where smoking is allowed. When smoking in areas and rooms where smoking is allowed, it is not allowed to throw cigarette butts and ash everywhere. It is not allowed to use flammable materials such as paper baskets and cartons instead of ashtrays. Cigarette butts should be put out in the ashtray.

4. For employees who smoke illegally and violate the above regulations, the security department will deal with them according to fire rewards and punishments and relevant regulations.
