The underground garage, bathroom and property in the community are locked and are not allowed to be used.

It is illegal to lock up the property and not use it. The ownership of the shared parking spaces, playgrounds and toilets in the community belongs to all owners and does not have the nature of sales transfer and suspension. If the property infringes the owner's rights, it can be handled through consultation with the leaders of the property management office. If negotiation fails, the case may be submitted to the court for arbitration.
