The construction unit can obtain the project payment according to the schedule or contract, ensure the timely payment of labor costs, and mobilize the enthusiasm of workers. Ensure the timely supply of materials, and the project can proceed smoothly as planned.

Not only the investment is planned, but also the project construction is organized as planned. When there is no special reason, the plan should not be adjusted at will. At the construction site, the construction unit should guide the production according to the construction organization design or cross diagram. Therefore, before the official start of construction, the construction unit should carefully prepare the construction organization design, and the construction unit and supervision unit should carefully review the construction organization design reported by the construction unit to make it more perfect and have a good guiding role in construction.

Safe and civilized construction is a problem of full participation in management, and its level reflects the importance and overall image of the construction, supervision and construction parties.

Doing a good job in safe and civilized construction requires a lot of manpower and material resources, with little or no output. 2. Data management during construction

Data management includes written data recorded by the construction unit during the construction period, data issued by various departments, and data reported by the supervision unit and the construction unit.

All materials should be arranged in chronological order with the progress of the project, classified and filed. The construction unit shall designate a special person to be responsible for it, so as to find it at any time.

The handlers who distribute and receive the data must sign on the back of the data, otherwise it is forbidden to file, and the file will be considered invalid.

For the delivery of partial and sub-project data directly entrusted by the construction unit, the construction unit must sign for the qualified procedures, otherwise, the funding will be restricted. So as not to affect the overall completion of the unit project.

Changes and visas shall be handled according to the principle that whoever proposes them shall handle them and other units shall cooperate. But it must go through the formalities and be signed by the supervisor before it can take effect. Any increase or decrease shall be calculated, signed and filed in time. Avoid forgetting the situation for too long.

In short, the information of the construction unit should be accumulated at any time, and all personnel should cooperate with each other and have fixed personnel to keep it, so that the information is complete and orderly and easy to find.

3. Regular meeting

The regular meeting system on the construction site is a good way to solve practical problems in the project and coordinate the relations between all parties. However, some regular meetings are held once every three days. If the practical problems are not solved, the regular meeting of the project will become a formal meeting, which is not only a waste of time, but also very boring. Whether the construction unit or the supervision unit presides over the regular meeting, it is necessary to solve practical problems according to the situation.

First, solve common problems. Individual problems should be handled at any time at ordinary times.

Second, the participants of each unit should know what the unit needs to solve and tell the main content.

Third, what can be solved at the meeting should be solved immediately. Otherwise, form a record and give a written reply within the specified time.

Fourth, it is the coordination problem of construction units, which should be solved together at the meeting. The meeting time should not be too long, so as not to affect the project construction.

Construction units and supervision units should always accumulate engineering information, find problems, think about solutions, or report them in time to study and determine solutions. At the regular meeting of the project, the project manager of the construction unit was the most dissatisfied and raised the issue of project payment. Therefore, the construction unit must have a detailed project fund allocation plan to ensure that all aspects of the project are carried out in a planned way.

4, in the construction site management of supervision unit personnel constraints.

In the contract, the supervision unit should be given certain economic punishment right in the project quality management, and 10%~20% of the supervision fee should be offset by the economic fine of the project quality control. Formulate reward and punishment measures to ensure that the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of supervision unit personnel in project management are mobilized.

In addition, the office and dining of the supervision unit personnel must be solved independently or by the construction unit, and the expenses are stipulated in the contract. Ensure that the supervisors are fair, just, honest and trustworthy in their work, and ensure that the project quality meets the contract requirements.

In the process of construction, if the supervision unit adjusts personnel, it must notify the construction unit in writing.

If unqualified supervisors are found, they should be adjusted in time after receiving the notice from the construction unit.

5, project acceptance and handover

The acceptance of each stage of construction must be carried out on the basis of self-inspection by the construction unit. Supervisors and personnel of the construction unit cannot serve as quality inspectors of the construction unit. Supervisors should do a good job before, during and after the construction, so as to smoothly accept and enter the next working procedure.

Supervisors are responsible for the acceptance of subdivisional work, conduct on-site supervision on each working surface in the construction process, fully grasp the quality of subdivisional work, and sign acceptance opinions to meet the requirements specified by the supervisor.

Personnel of the construction unit patrol at ordinary times, and when problems are found, they will solve them together with the supervisors and construction personnel, participate in the acceptance of divisional projects and single projects, and organize the planning acceptance, fire control acceptance and comprehensive acceptance.

The acceptance of unit project shall be inspected by all construction units (entities and materials) at first, with the participation of the supervisor. If there is any problem, handle it in time, and report it to the supervisor for re-inspection after it is qualified. After the re-inspection is qualified, the supervisor shall report it to the construction unit for unified acceptance.

Supervision and construction units must sort out the data with the progress of the project, and it is strictly forbidden to fill in the data later to ensure the authenticity of the data, so as to prepare for the inspection and completion acceptance of the competent construction department, construction and supervision units at ordinary times.

All kinds of acceptance must fill in the acceptance record, find problems and rectify them in time, and go through the acceptance formalities after re-inspection. Hand over after comprehensive acceptance.

Classify, arrange and compile the relevant information of the project, hand it over to relevant departments or properties, and explain the entity of the project clearly. Both parties must sign and keep it.
