What are the components of property equipment and facilities?

Property facilities include water supply and drainage system, electrical system, heating, air conditioning, ventilation system and gas equipment. Details are as follows:

1, water supply and drainage system

(1) water supply equipment. Refers to the general name of domestic water supply, equipment water supply, fire water supply and other engineering facilities in the auxiliary equipment inside the building. Its main task is to provide standard domestic water for owners and users. It is mainly composed of water storage tank (tank), feed pump, water supply pipe network and water meter.

(5) Residential hot water supply equipment. Refers to the equipment in the house that provides hot water for people's daily life. Including water heaters, feed pumps, hot water pipes, hot water meters, showers, etc.

2. Electrical system

(1) Property power supply equipment. Refers to the power supply part of property auxiliary equipment, including power supply lines, power transformation and distribution devices, high and low voltage appliances, etc.

(2) Weak current equipment of the property. Refers to the weak current equipment in the auxiliary equipment of the property. It mainly includes security system, automatic fire alarm and linkage control system, communication and cable TV system, intelligent building system, etc.

(3) Residential elevator equipment. Refers to the lifting equipment used to transport people or goods in the ancillary equipment of the property, which is an indispensable vertical transportation tool in high-rise buildings. Commonly used elevators mainly include machine room, car and shaft.

(4) Electric lighting system. Refers to all kinds of lighting equipment in the community, mainly including lighting power supply lines and lighting appliances.

3, heating, air conditioning, ventilation system

(1) heating equipment. Refers to the part of housing equipment used for heating houses in winter. Including boilers, circulating pumps, radiators and other equipment. There are many forms of indoor heating system, which can be divided into hot water heating system and steam heating system according to different heat media. Most common civil buildings adopt hot water heating system.

(2) air conditioning equipment. Refers to an artificial environment equipment provided in buildings to meet people's physiological feelings or the needs of production process. General central air conditioning equipment includes chillers, pumps, air conditioning units, fans, cooling towers, fan coils and other equipment.

(3) Ventilation equipment. Refers to the equipment that can ensure the indoor air flow and discharge the harmful gas inside the building. Generally, it includes fans, ventilation pipes, tuyeres and some air purification equipment.

4. Gas equipment. Including gas stoves, gas meters, gas pipelines, natural gas pipe networks, etc.
