In the supporting construction of environmental sanitation in the community, 13 domestic garbage collection point and some classified garbage collection boxes were set up, and two public toilets were built. After several years of careful management, Yayuan Community has successively won the titles of National Demonstration Community, National Excellent Property Management Community, Shandong Garden Community, China Petrochemical Best Greening Living Community and Dongying courtyard greening Advanced Unit.

On the basis of ensuring the service quality of the administrative region, it has successively undertaken the property management work of Dongying District Committee, Dongying District Government, Youcheng Square, the office building of the District Administration for Industry and Commerce, and public utilities, and achieved good social and economic benefits.

Dear leaders, although we have done a lot of work in environmental sanitation and cleaning in residential areas and achieved certain results, we are soberly aware that residents' pursuit of environmental sanitation quality in residential areas is endless, and there is still a certain gap between our work level and residents' requirements, and we cannot tolerate any satisfaction and slack.
