How to calculate the overtime pay for lakeside property?

1. If the employing unit arranges overtime work for workers on statutory holidays, it shall pay overtime pay not less than 300% of the workers' daily or hourly wages.

2. If the employer arranges overtime for the workers on the rest day, it can arrange compensatory time off for the workers without paying overtime wages. If no compensatory time off is given, overtime pay not less than 200% of the daily or hourly wages of the workers shall be paid.

3. If the employing unit arranges the laborer to extend the working hours, it shall pay no less than 150% of the salary.
