Since the development of Lianglu West District (now Airport New Town) in 2002, successive Yubei District governments have planned Guanyinyanling, which stretches for several kilometers between the West District and Lianglu Wuxing Road Old Town, as an ecological park. There is a great difference in altitude here, from 300 meters low to about 500 meters high; The width is also uneven, ranging from tens of meters to hundreds of meters; The distance span is long, from a bowl of water to the original old grain depot in Yubei District, more than 3 kilometers. It naturally separates the old city (above) from the new airport city (below), which is an excellent zone for building a landscape garden city and the only ecological barrier and ecological park that can be preserved in this area. People are eagerly looking forward to the early completion of this ecological park and becoming a place for exercise and leisure nearby.

Throughout the two new old cities, there are four north-south green belts between the three north-south main roads: Airport Road, Shuanglong Avenue and Wuxing Road (Shuanglong West Road): Airport Green Belt, Bijin Park, Shuanglong Lake and Guanyinyanling Park. These two roads constitute a unique landscape garden city and a rare example of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. In 2006, the plan jointly designed by Beijing Xindu Urban Planning and Design Institute and DPZ Design Company of the United States was far-sighted, which once again pointed out the idea of turning Guanyinyanling in Yubei into an ecological park.

However, in recent years, Guanyinyan Park is only half completed, which ends with a bowl of mercury sea scenery-No.4 Bridge and Tunnel. Ling Park, from the tunnel to the original county grain depot, is being eroded, filled and developed, and the existing green belt is disappearing. At present, Muyushi Development Company is building a large fortress in Xiangshan Project in Shui Mu, which fills the steep ridge in a large area, as if to prepare for real estate development. The above-mentioned airport Jinling land use project has eroded part of the ground and dumped construction waste in the park. In this way, the five-star road areas of the two old cities will be connected with the airport new city, and the planned Guanyinyanling Ecological Park in Yubei will no longer exist. The area has been short of greening, leisure and fitness places, and there will be no open space this year.

We call on the relevant departments at higher levels to make on-the-spot investigations (timber companies, Wuxing Jingyuan to the park planning area below Vanilla Mountain), and in any case, we must protect this ecological isolation zone of "lung leaves" and make it a unique urban ecological park. According to the original plan, a miniature East Sichuan settlement exhibition area, an ecological restoration and utilization area, an outdoor sports center, a native plant exhibition hall, a natural landscape exhibition hall, a natural corridor and a mountaineering enthusiast's paradise will be built. In addition, it is necessary to open up an area to show the footprints of some ancient ridge creatures. "

The government, planning, construction, land and airport new town in Yubei District of Wang Wan have attracted enough attention, so don't change the planning at will. When the land in the park disappears, the old city and the new city are connected together, and the houses are lined up, it will be too late to regret.
