Brief introduction of the founder of Jinyang City Group

Ms. Huang, the chairman of Jinyang City Group, was originally from Li Shizhen, the drug king of Ming Dynasty. After graduating from normal colleges, she naturally became a gardener who taught and educated people. 1992, Deng Xiaoping made a speech on his southern tour, and China's economy made rapid progress. Jin resolutely resigned from the enviable public office and came to Shenzhen to become a working girl with a monthly salary in 400 yuan. She has gradually become the number one and ISO9000 quality system from the most basic property manager of a large state-owned listed enterprise in Shenzhen.

1999 Ms. Huang founded Shenzhen Shifang Property Management (Cash Yangcheng Property) Co., Ltd. as the general manager of the company. She personally trained an excellent property management team with high degree of specialization, strong management ability, keeping up with market development and advanced social responsibility. It is this cohesive team that passed the GB/T19001-ISO 9001:2000 international quality management system certification and three major system certifications earlier. Obtained the national first-class property management enterprise qualification certificate, and is a member of the property management association, the real estate association, the national advanced unit of customer satisfaction, and the top 100 enterprises with comprehensive strength in China. In Wuhan Branch, Baoan Branch, Longgang Branch, Jinan Branch and Dongguan Branch, there are more than 30 projects and consulting projects managed by the whole committee, with a management area of over 5 million square meters, and two of them have won the honor of national demonstration residential quarters.
