Introduction of pipeline well

In-well facilities, equipment operation channels and patrol walkways must be kept clear at all times, and it is forbidden to pile up sundries. All personnel who are allowed to enter the pipeline well must be dressed neatly, and slippers and undershirts are not allowed; Engineering maintenance personnel are forbidden to wear short-sleeved shirts and shorts, work clothes and effective insulating work shoes during inspection, maintenance and operation.

Tube wells should meet the requirements of waterproof, fireproof, moisture-proof and small animals prevention. The holes passing through the inside and outside of the tube well should be blocked, and the vents should be protected by barbed wire to prevent small animals from entering. The door lock, lighting and ventilation facilities of the tube well should be kept intact, and any damage or failure should be repaired in time. The engineering department is responsible for the key management of pipeline wells, and any department or individual needs to go through the borrowing procedures. Pipeline wells should be kept in a neat, clean and dry environment. The pipeline well is cleaned once every quarter, and the cleaning record of the machine room is formed.

It is not allowed to lay cables and install other irrelevant equipment at will in the pipeline well. If necessary, the consent of the project director of the property service center must be obtained. All cables must pass through the floor through the bridge and be fixed in a standardized way. The placed cables must be numbered and put on record, and it is strictly forbidden to pull them privately.
