Huangpu will open three talent apartments next month.

A few days ago, Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center issued the Notice on the General Contract of Colored Bamboo Scientists' Project. It is reported that the project will build three talent apartments with a total construction area of about 37,542 square meters, and the first floor will be equipped with property management rooms, reading rooms, residents' fitness places and other related supporting facilities. The total height of the building shall not exceed 24m, and the assembly rate shall not be less than 30%. Tentative start in August 10.

The reporter learned that there are three high-end talent apartment projects in Huangpu District, namely Xiangxue International Apartment, Zhixiang Apartment and Bio-Island International Apartment.

The work report of Huangpu District People's Government of Guangzhou from 2065438 to 2009 raised more than 5,000 apartments for talents throughout the year. At the beginning of June, the survey and design project of Caizhu Changlingju Project was invited for bidding, and 275 new talent apartments will be built, which is scheduled to be completed in May 2022. This project is tentatively scheduled to start in August this year 10, with a total construction period of 730 calendar days.

According to the bidding documents, the colorful bamboo scientist project is located between Kaitai Avenue and Fayuan Road in Huangpu District, east of the North Second Ring Road and north of Fayuan Road, and the land use is the second-class residential land. Three talent apartments will be built in an L-shaped distribution. The first floor is planned to set up property management rooms, reading rooms, residents' fitness places and other related supporting facilities. The total construction area of the project is about 37,542 square meters, the green area is about 6,605.6 square meters, and the total building height is no more than 24 meters.

In addition, the project also includes public facilities and commercial service facilities, gardens, swimming pools, underground garages and other supporting facilities, and the assembly rate is not less than 30%. The total investment of the project is 394.2 million yuan, which must be confirmed as a whole after completion, and sales shall not be divided.
