Application materials: purchase of goods or second-hand houses:

1. The property owner fills in the application form for entering the house (which is collected by the public security accreditation center on the spot);

2. The household registration certificate (or household registration book) and resident identity card (original and photocopy) of the property owner and household registration personnel;

3. Proof of kinship (provided by accompanying spouse and minor children) (original and photocopy);

4. Occupancy certificate (issued by local police station or community neighborhood committee or property management department) (original and photocopy);

5. Street number address certificate issued by the local police station (provided that the moving address is unknown);

6. One-time payment terms: house title certificate or purchase contract, one-time payment invoice (purchase of commercial housing terms); House property right certificate and abstract of house property right file printed by Housing Authority (provided for purchasing second-hand houses).

Mortgage purchase: purchase contract, bank mortgage notarial certificate, bank mortgage payment certificate in the last 6 months (provided for the purchase of commercial housing); A summary of the housing property file printed by the Housing Authority, the notarial certificate of bank mortgage, and the certificate of bank mortgage payment in the last 6 months (provided for the purchase of second-hand houses).

Temporary residence for 2 years:

7. "Certificate of house number and detailed address" issued by the local police station (provided that the moving address is unknown)

Prerequisite: 1. Buy goods or second-hand houses.

Prerequisites: People from outside the city can apply for permanent residence for themselves, their spouses and minor children when they buy commercial houses (including second-hand houses) with an area of more than 70 square meters in our city, but the per capita housing construction area of those who move in is not less than that of urban families in our city last year (27.82 square meters per person). The original owner who bought a second-hand house can move in after moving out.
