In the market, there are two kinds of property companies, one is self-sustaining property and the other is sales-oriented property.

This sales-oriented property operates independently of the developer. Although there are many well-managed property companies, once problems arise, it is difficult for developers to control them, which will easily affect the image of the whole property.
Of course, whether it is self-sustaining or imported, a good brand property company can be described as the party with the most say.

Second, look at the public environment. How about the greening of the community, whether the garbage bins are set reasonably, whether there is littering, and whether the public areas such as driveways, sidewalks and corridors are clean and tidy; Whether there are obvious stains and rust spots on the facade of the building, because cleaning the facade once a year can also make the surface look cleaner.
Third, look at the property response. Can the telephone call for property repair be answered 24 hours a day, the urgent repair can come to the door within half an hour, the general repair can be handled 1 day, and the owner's complaint can be handled in 3 days?
Fourth, look at public facilities. You can also check the mechanical and electrical equipment, such as whether the security door can be opened and closed normally, the intercom function of the building, the elevator buttons in the open air and corridors, and the public lamps are normal.
Finally, it would be better if the property management company can innovate management and provide other intimate additional services for the community in addition to these basic work.
