What responsibility does the community bear for not monitoring the property?

Legal analysis: generally, it is the responsibility of the property, because in the contract signed between the owner and the property, the monitoring will be explained, requiring the property to install monitoring reasonably in the community to ensure the safety of the whole community environment. Of course, if there is no such requirement in the contract, it is not the responsibility of the property.

Legal basis: Article 285 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relationship between the owner and the realty service enterprise or other managers. The realty service enterprise or other managers shall, upon the entrustment of the owners and in accordance with the provisions of the realty service contract in Part III of this Law, manage the buildings and their ancillary facilities within the building division, accept the supervision of the owners, and promptly answer the owners' inquiries about realty service. Property service enterprises or other managers shall implement emergency measures and other management measures implemented by the government according to law, and actively cooperate with relevant work.
