Should the property remind the owners what information they need to prepare for the start of school?

The Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the Property Law stipulates that:

1. Roads within the building division belong to the owner * * *, except those belonging to urban roads. The green space within the building division belongs to the owner, except for urban public green space or express personal green space. Other public places, public facilities and property services within the building division are owned by the owner.

The realty service enterprise or other managers shall, according to the entrustment of the owners, manage the buildings and their ancillary facilities within the building division in accordance with the provisions of the realty service contract in Part III of this Law, accept the supervision of the owners, and promptly answer the owners' inquiries about realty service. Property service enterprises or other managers shall implement emergency measures and other management measures implemented by the government according to law, and actively cooperate with relevant work.
