Provisions for obtaining land use rights by auction are as follows: Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, China people, natural persons, legal persons and other organizations at home and abroad may apply to participate. Bidders should submit information by category, and submit credit certificates such as bid bond. The auction of land use rights shall follow the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality and good faith, and the auction results shall be announced within 10 working days after the end.
Legal objectivity:
Article 13 of the Provisional Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Assignment and Transfer of Urban State-owned Land Use Rights: (1) Agreement; (2) bidding; (3) auction. The specific procedures and steps for transferring the land use right in the manner specified in the preceding paragraph shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
