In order to speed up the development and construction of Jiangnan Education City, after research by the district government, it is decided that from now on, the land and housing property rights procedures for urban houses on state-owned land and rural houses on collective land within the planning red line of Longzhouwan Area C and Zhu Jin Industrial Park will be suspended, and all household registration procedures within the planning red line will be frozen. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Scope: Area C of Longzhou Bay, namely Jiefang Village (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,11); Dulong Village (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9); Tuanjie village (1, 2, 3, 4, 5); Jinzhuyuan District, namely Zhu Jin Village (She 3, She 4, She 5, She 6, She 7).

2. State-owned land and urban houses within 2.7 square kilometers of Longzhou Bay Area C and Zhu Jin Industrial Park.

State-owned land and urban houses within the planning red line are suspended for new construction, transfer and other related procedures.

3. Collective land and farm houses within 2.7 square kilometers of Longzhou Bay Area C and Zhu Jin Industrial Park.

(1) From October 20 12 13 10 to October 201410/0, the approval and land acquisition of rural houses for non-education city projects (except dangerous rock landslides and dangerous houses) within the above scope will be suspended.

(2) from October 20 12 13 10 to October 201410, the abnormal agricultural registered permanent residence registration procedures within the above range shall be frozen.

(3) From 20121310.30 to 201410.30, it is forbidden to cut economic trees and build any buildings, structures and facilities within the planned land. Otherwise, the land requisition will not be cleared and compensated.

(4) From October 20121310 to October 20 14 13 10, the formalities of annual review, business license and tax registration of enterprises within the above scope will be suspended.
