What is superstructure engineering?

Superstructure development, also known as "superstructure property development", refers to the land development method of civil building development and construction above or near the rail transit area. According to the types of rail transit, it can be divided into railway superstructure development and subway superstructure development (or transfer of beneficial rights and transfer of development rights according to ownership), which is in line with the concept of TOD development model.
