The theme of Women's Day on March 8, 2023 is a new era of dream blooming.

It consists of three chapters: "Courage, Responsibility, Blooming, Prosperity, Convergence and Spark", through video editing, interactive interviews, recitation of music poems, sitcoms and other forms. National March 8th Red Flag Bearer

The National March 8th Red Flag Bearer is an honorary title awarded by the All-China Women's Federation to outstanding working women on March 8th International Women's Day. The object of commendation is typical advanced women who have made outstanding contributions to national construction in various periods, and it is the highest honor for the national special commendation of advanced female figures. On March 1 day, 2023, the "March 8th" International Women's Day Memorial and Commendation Conference commended 10 national March 8th red flag bearers, 298 national March 8th red flag bearers and 199 national March 8th red flag collectives.

1960, the All-China Women's Federation decided to honor nearly 1000 advanced women figures and advanced collectives with women as the main body, and awarded the honorary titles of "March 8th Red Flag Bearer" and "March 8th Red Flag Collective" respectively.
