Planning and Layout Route of Guangxi Expressway

The focus of the revision of Guangxi expressway network planning is the international and western transit passages in our region, the passages to effectively promote the coordinated development of "two regions and one belt", the passages to strengthen the contact between prefecture-level cities and the routes to effectively improve the road network layout. According to the plan, it is planned to add 10 expressways such as Tiane (Xialao) to Baise, Ziyuan (Meixi) to Xing 'an, Xing 'an to Longsheng, Liuzhou Jingjishan to Nanning, Hezhou to Bama, Pingguo to Shuolonggang, Beiliu (Bao Xu) to Qinzhou, Wangsong to Shankou, Guilin to Hechi and Wuzhou to Liuzhou. It is planned that by 2030, the mileage of expressways in the whole region will exceed 7500 kilometers, and the expressway/100 square kilometers will exceed the existing level of most developed countries. The specific road network layout scheme is as follows:

Longitudinal 1 Longsheng (Si Long)-Cenxi (Hydrological) Expressway, with a total length of 617km (including connecting lines of Zhongshan-Fuchuan and Hezhou133km);

Longitudinal 2 Lipu-Tieshan Port Expressway, with a total length of 473 kilometers (including 32 kilometers from Wangsong to Shankou);

Longitudinal Sanjiang-Beihai Expressway, with a total length of 542 kilometers;

Longitudinal 4 Nandan (Liuzhai) to Dongxing Expressway, with a total length of 548 kilometers;

Tian 'e (Xialao)-Long Bang Expressway, with a total length of 307 kilometers, lasted for 5 days.

Nine cities including Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin, Wuzhou, Qinzhou, Yulin, Baise, Hezhou and Chongzuo have formed a transit expressway ring.

In 2006, Guangxi formulated the "Guangxi Expressway Network Planning (2006 ~ 2020)" for the first time, and constructed a road network pattern of "4 vertical, 6 horizontal and 3 branch lines" with a total scale of about 5,590 kilometers. It is expected that after the planning goal is realized, there will be convenient expressway connections between prefecture-level cities; The important inter-provincial highway passage is expressway; Important ports and national first-class ports are all connected to the expressway; Cities and counties with a population of more than 200,000 can be conveniently connected through expressways; More than 86% counties in the whole region will get on the expressway within half an hour.

In 2009, in order to meet the needs of development, the Development and Reform Commission and the Communications Department of Guangxi Autonomous Region revised the planning and issued the Revision of Guangxi Expressway Network Planning (2009 ~ 2020). According to this new planning scheme, Guangxi expressway network will add 10 expressway passages. By 2020, the total mileage of Guangxi expressway network will reach 7530 kilometers, forming a "5. According to the National Highway Network Naming and Numbering Rules promulgated by the Ministry of Transport of China in July 2007, Guangxi completed the replacement of the naming, numbering signs, guiding signs, mileage signs and other related signs of the Guangxi section of the National Highway on July 10. Every expressway listed in the national expressway network is marked with the letter "G" and numbered sequentially with Arabic numerals. 3. Form a convenient high-speed passage for entry and exit. There will be 22 expressways out of the province, including 6 expressways leading to developed coastal areas such as Guangdong, 5 expressways leading to central areas such as Hunan and 6 expressways leading to southwest Yunnan. There are five expressways leading to ASEAN countries such as Vietnam. Regional economic cooperation such as the Pan-Pearl River Delta and China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has been strengthened and promoted.

4. There are 6 expressways leading to Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port Area, forming a collection and distribution channel. The port areas and important towns along the 100-million-ton golden waterway of Xijiang River are connected in series by expressways. Nanning Wuxu and Guilin Liangjiang International Airport have direct highways. Other regional airports, railway hubs and national first-class ports can directly reach the expressway within 30 minutes, which will promote the construction of a comprehensive transportation network system extending in all directions and connecting rivers and seas in the whole region, and form efficient logistics and people flow channels.

5. Effectively support sustainable economic and social development. Further alleviate the pressure of transportation infrastructure in our region on the demand for land resources, and effectively use land resources and line resources. At the same time, it will also effectively promote the implementation of environmental protection and energy conservation in our region.

6. Connect Nanning, Guilin, Beihai and other famous tourist cities and important tourist attractions, and connect counties (cities) where all national tourist attractions 5A, 4A and 3A are located in our region, so as to promote the prosperity and development of tourism and promote the construction of our region into a strong tourist province.

7. According to the calculation of static investment, it is estimated that the implementation of the plan will create a regional GDP of more than 800 billion yuan and create more than 5 million jobs. It will greatly promote the economic growth of the whole region, stimulate and drive the development of iron and steel, machinery and other related industries, and make important contributions to social progress and employment expansion.
