Ruian Center is a 420,000-square-meter original bay complex located at the intersection of North Second Ring Road and Jiefang Road. Advantages:

2. In terms of transportation, the project is only 100 meters away from the entrance of Sima Bridge Station of Metro Lines 3 and 7, and the second ring BRT and other public transportation and main road transportation networks extend in all directions.

3. In terms of surrounding business districts and supporting facilities, there are 50,000 square meters of Rui 'an City Central Shopping Mall, Shanghai Film International Studios, Watsons, Burger King, etc. There are Taurus Wanda, lotus pond and so on around.

Disadvantages:

There is a viaduct at the entrance of the project, which has certain noise impact.
