Junior high school teachers: from May 19 to May 23, 2008, primary school teachers: from May 24 to 29, they registered at the Physical Fitness Department of the County Sports Bureau (50 meters southeast of Education Bureau Road) and filled out the Qualification Examination Form for Recruiting Staff in Yingshang County Institutions. Seven, interview work arrangement
The interview was conducted on the basis of experiments.
At the same level, the interviewer is determined according to the written test scores from high to low. The ratio of the number of interviewees to the number of positions in established disciplines is 1.5: 1. Location: Further notice, fees will be charged according to regulations.
The interview is organized by the county personnel bureau, the Education Bureau and the Supervision Bureau, and is composed of a number of disciplinary interview juries. The jury is composed of 5-7 people, who are interviewed by post level and discipline respectively. Everyone is interviewed according to the assigned topic, and the interview results are judged by the jury. The interview results are divided into qualified or unqualified, and those who fail or do not participate in the interview will not be examined and hired. On July 21-July 22, the list of qualified interviewers will be announced.

Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the documents they provide and the contents of the forms they fill in, and take the initiative to accept the qualification examination. If there is fraud, once verified, the qualification will be cancelled.
According to the written test results and interview results, the examination, political examination and physical examination are conducted according to the ratio of 1: 1. Primary school teachers: students with the same written test scores will give priority to those with high test scores; If the test scores are the same, the high score of professional knowledge is preferred; If the scores of professional knowledge are the same, higher education is preferred. Junior high school teachers: Students with the same written test scores will be given priority. Those who fail the examination and physical examination will be replenished in turn according to the written test results from those who pass the interview.
Those who pass the examination, assessment and physical examination are identified as candidates to be hired and publicized (see Yingshang Education Information Network and Yingshang County Government Affairs Network). If there is no objection after publicity, the county education bureau and personnel bureau will employ them from high score to low score according to personal wishes. Those who are not voluntarily employed by one or two will be arranged to go to an empty post school. With the consent of the county editorial board, the personnel to be hired sign an employment contract with the employer, and then go through the relevant post procedures. The employment period is three years, and if dismissal, resignation or renewal is needed during the employment period, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Trial Measures for the Implementation of Employment Contract System in Institutions of Anhui Province. The fees required for handling the formalities shall be charged according to the charging standard approved by the price department. The wages and benefits of the employed personnel shall be implemented according to the current national wage policy.
