The lower limit of the warranty period of each part specified in the Provisions on the Implementation of Quality Warranty and Residential Instruction Manual System for Commercial Residential Buildings is:

The buyer may negotiate with the developer to extend the warranty period, but the developer may not request to shorten the warranty period.
