Simply put, C is suitable for lighting circuits.

D is suitable for power supply circuit.

You should choose the power circuit breaker, because the surge current is relatively large when the electrical appliance is started.

5. The other 60 seems a little too big. This should be selected according to your electrical appliances. Generally, D32 is enough for home use.

220 volts, your power multiplied by 8 is ampere.
