No. According to the qualification of the property service company, decide what types of property management projects it can accept. Articles 7 to 8 of the Measures for the Administration of the Qualification of Property Service Enterprises issued by the Ministry of Construction stipulate that the qualification of property service enterprises can be divided into three levels: the first-class qualified property service enterprises can undertake various property management projects; Property service enterprises with secondary qualifications can undertake the property management business of residential projects below 300,000 square meters and non-residential projects below 80,000 square meters; Property service enterprises with Grade III qualification can undertake the property service business of residential projects below 200,000 square meters and non-residential projects below 50,000 square meters. The newly established property service enterprise, its qualification level is approved according to the lowest level, tentatively for one year.
