2. There is a phenomenon that mountains meet the sea at work. Staged work, with more deployment at the beginning and less summary at the end, has insufficient fineness and depth, and cannot achieve the expected results. 3. Every year, when going to the grassroots and doing research, there is a phenomenon of going through the motions and leaving water behind. There are some problems in summarizing the opinions of the investigation work, such as untrue words, untrue facts and incomplete aspects. 4. Unrealistic and impractical. In some work, due to the different understanding of the superior spirit, there is a phenomenon that the deployment work lacks actual research and is out of touch with reality. Blindly pursuing the increase of the charging rate, only paying attention to the owners with large households and high expenses when solving problems, while ignoring the owners with small households, great practical difficulties and low expenses. In order to achieve better results, the superior leaders should make arrangements in advance, and only provide the leaders with "beautiful scenery outside the window" and ignore the "backyard corner"
