Panlong New Town in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing belongs to Jiulong Street, which is the community under its jurisdiction. Jiulong Street belongs to Jiulongpo District of Chongqing, located in the northeast of Jiulongpo District, facing Huaxi Town of Banan District of the Yangtze River across the river in the east, dadukou district in the south, Chongqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone in the west and Yuzhong District in the north.
